Measure
Percent of students who self report (in response to the following survey question) that they have used illicit substances within the past thirty days.
"Within the past 30 days I have used..."

Why
is this indicator important?
This survey is administered annually to all students in Grades 6, 8, 10, 12. Used to capture levels of behavior, it is the only valid source of youth behavior.
